Our cheese tart has been founded in Hokkaido, and so much appreciated by all generations in Tokyo lately. It is perfectly match taste with crispy baked tart dough, tenderly soft cheese mousse.

We use 3 kinds of cheese for best match to make tender & fresh cheese mousse. 2 of them are made from Hokkaido, and 1 is France.

It is also important to make real crispy textile of tart dough. For it, we bake only dough firstly, then bake together with cheese mousse. We call it "double baked".
Please eat as fresh as possible at room temperature
